How we work
Four principles we don’t bend
Every agent runs in shadow mode first
It works on live traffic while a human approves each action. We only go autonomous when approval has become a formality — usually inside a fortnight.
Guardrails are part of the build, not an afterthought
Each agent has a written list of things it may never do alone: spend money, promise a date, delete a record, contact a customer outside agreed hours. Plus a kill switch anyone can press.
You own it
The agent, the code and the process map are yours. Our monthly fee buys care and improvement, not access to your own system.

What the three weeks look like
STAGE 01
Process capture
We sit with whoever does the job today and record every rule, exception and judgement call. You get the written process map whether or not you build with us.
Week 1STAGE 02
Build & connect
We build the agent, wire it into your CRM, inbox, calendar and accounts, and set the guardrails for what it may never do alone.
Week 2STAGE 03
Shadow run
The agent works live but every action is approved by a human first. We tune it on real traffic until approval becomes a formality.
Week 3STAGE 04
Handover & care
It goes autonomous with a monitoring dashboard, a kill switch, and a monthly review where we report what it handled and what it escaped.
